Bridal Boss Academy Terms & Conditions — Marissa Grace LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase of and participation in Bridal Boss Academy (the “Program”), owned and operated by Marissa Grace LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in the Program, you (“Client,” “Member,” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Bridal Boss Academy (“BBA”) is an online educational program providing business training, digital course materials, community access, and related resources for bridal beauty professionals.
The Program is educational in nature and is not financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By purchasing, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is selected.
If a payment plan is chosen:
You authorize Marissa Grace LLC to charge your payment method on file.
Failure to complete payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
No refunds will be issued for failure to complete a payment plan.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. ACCESS & PROGRAM AVAILABILITY
Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the current version of Bridal Boss Academy only, subject to the terms below.
Important Access Terms:
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of this specific version of the Program.
Marissa Grace LLC reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, restructure, or permanently shut down the Program at any time.
If the Program is discontinued, access may be removed without refund.
You are not entitled to future versions, updated curriculum, bonuses, live components, or expanded features.
Access to new versions or upgraded curriculum may require an additional fee.

5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & CONDUCT
You agree to engage respectfully within the Program and community.
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
Soliciting, recruiting, or promoting your own programs, services, coaching, masterminds, or offers to members.
Direct messaging members for promotional purposes.
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or aggressive conduct.
Discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, or identity.
Sharing confidential member information outside the community.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.

6. RIGHT TO REMOVE PARTICIPANTS
Marissa Grace LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program, community, or live sessions at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Removal decisions are made at the sole discretion of Marissa Grace LLC.
No refunds will be issued in the event of removal due to violation of these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided in Bridal Boss Academy are the sole intellectual property of Marissa Grace LLC.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Course videos
Workbooks
Templates
Documents
Sales scripts
Frameworks
Systems
Downloadable materials
Community content
Branding elements
Live call replays
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal business use only.
You may not:
Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, reproduce, or repurpose materials.
Upload materials to file-sharing platforms.
Provide access to non-paying individuals.
Copy frameworks to create competing programs.
If unauthorized distribution or misuse is discovered, Marissa Grace LLC reserves the right to:
Immediately terminate access
Pursue legal action
Seek damages and attorneys’ fees

8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
You understand and agree:
Results are not guaranteed.
Income examples shared are illustrative only.
Individual results vary based on effort, implementation, market conditions, and experience.
Marissa Grace LLC makes no guarantees regarding income, bookings, or business growth.
You accept full responsibility for your business decisions and outcomes.

9. DISCLAIMER
The Program provides education and strategy only.
Marissa Grace LLC is not:
Providing legal advice
Providing financial advice
Acting as your accountant, attorney, therapist, or licensed professional
You are responsible for seeking professional guidance where necessary.

10. COMMUNITY ACCESS & SUPPORT
Bridal Boss Academy includes community access and periodic engagement from Marissa Grace.
You understand and agree:
Community access is not 1:1 coaching.
There is no unlimited access to Marissa Grace.
The Company checks in within the community a few times per week but does not guarantee daily responses.
Live calls are not guaranteed and may be added, removed, or modified at any time.
Response times may vary.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree not to share other members’ confidential information outside of the Program.
Screenshots, recordings, or redistribution of member discussions is prohibited.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Marissa Grace LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Emotional distress
Personal injury arising from participation
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marissa Grace LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the Program.

14. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate access for:
Breach of this Agreement
Harassment or misconduct
Intellectual property violations
Non-payment
No refunds will be issued upon termination for violation of terms.

15. FORCE MAJEURE
Marissa Grace LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, platform outages, technical failures, illness, natural disasters or government action.

16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Jersey.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.

18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.

20. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing and accessing Bridal Boss Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
